Capt. Jay's Fire-N-Ice Wraps

 

A good hand full of fresh hobinaros and the same of jalapenos, (5 or 6 of each).

Two bags of flour tortoise.

Two blocks Plain cream cheese, have been known to improvise from time to time and with a small tub of onion and chive cream cheese.

Prep!

Cut the tops off and gut the peppers, Discard the seeds and the centers. ( it is color and flavor we are after not just heat).

slice, dice and chop. 

The build!

In a large blow Combine cream cheese and peppers,!!! mixing and adding peppers until desired consistency and or color, nice distribution evenly, this is the important part!!!

Grab a wrap, in one hand and a icing spatula in the other, get a nice bit and dab it in the center and spread out but not to the edge,  Heaver in the middle and less on the outer! You'ol See! roll them up! 

30 min. to 45 min. in the freezer prier to serving is best!

Serving! 

on a plate near a cooler full of beer and the plait surrounded by different hot sauces!

Or can be deep fried and served in many ways.
